The theme ‘Beyond 2020’, responds to shifts in federal government policies, with a stronger political spotlight on employment through apprenticeships and traineeships, and an education system under review. More than ever, apprenticeships and traineeships are seen as a critical way that new workers can prepare to adapt to changes in technology and work practice as they happen.
