Our goal is to provide Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) that delivers excellence in the workplace. As a registered training organisation we deliver accredited training across five main areas – Work Health and Safety (WHS), Leadership and Management, Training and Education (TAE), Project Management and Business Services.

As a boutique provider, we specialise in individual and customised training for individuals, groups and businesses. 

Our clients include Defence, local councils, transport and logistics companies, utilities, small businesses, all the way through to multi-national corporations. 

What makes National Training Masters unique is our ability to respond to industry, by being cost-effective, timely and providing customised training to meet client needs. Another advantage of being a boutique company is running smaller classes sizes, usually kept to a maximum of 16 learners.

How do I choose?

Delivery Options

This training provider offers courses in the following delivery modes:

Face to face training

We provide face-to-face teaching which is an ideal way to study and gain your qualification. For most courses, you will have one day per week in the classroom with some work to do outside of class or in your workplace. Classes are normally from 9 am to 4 pm and we offer flexible start and finishing times for those with caring responsibilities. Most courses run for a minimum of six months but you will have up to 12 months to complete it. During that time you will have email and telephone access to your trainer. You may also complete the course in a shorter time frame if you have existing skills or have done previous study.

Offsite training

NTM can provide our corporate clients and customers with on-site training at your workplace. Our trainers and assessors are experts in their field and will equip learners to add value to your business. Please direct all enquiries to our Head Office 1300 653 501.

Flexible learning

Flexible delivery is ideal for people who are motivated to study in their own time and cannot attend regular classes because of work or other commitments. The course will be tailored to YOUR needs and can include online delivery, paper-based delivery, zoom calls with your trainer – you choose what works for you. You have up to 12 months to complete your course. Flexible delivery is suitable for anyone who is working full-time or who lives in rural Australia.

  • Self-paced (training has no set class times of set submission dates)

Mixed mode training

Mixed delivery can include attendance at some face-to-face classes and some online or correspondence learning. It is ideal for people who would like face-to-face delivery but are not always able to attend class.

Facilities

Our boutique Kiama Training Centre and Head Office is located in central Kiama with many cafes and eateries close at hand. We have 2 training rooms, male and female toilets, mini kitchenette and ducted airconditioning throughout the centre. We are located within a 5-minute walk from Kiama train station which is located on Railway Avenue, Kiama. 

Our administration team is also available from our Kiama Training Centre, Mondays to Fridays 9 am to 5 pm.

Financial Assistance

The federal, state and territory governments provide financial incentives and support for vocational education and training students to help them gain the skills required to secure and maintain rewarding and sustainable employment.

There are programs for all kinds of students; apprentices and trainees, new job starters, those re-entering the workforce, retraining for a new job or upgrading their skills for an existing job.

Subsidised Training

State and Territory governments dedicate funds to reduce or, in some cases, fully cover tuition fees for VET students. VET Student Loans

This RTO does not currently offer VET Student Loans for any approved courses. A VET Student Loan is a capped loan from the Australian Government to help you pay your tuition fees. Your initial loan debt amount (loan and loan fee, if applicable), plus indexation, must be paid back once you start earning over a certain amount. Compulsory repayment threshold information is available on the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) website.
