Training Provider Summary

City-Wide Building & Training Services (CWBTS) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that offers nationally accredited qualifications for the building and construction industry – including trades training through pre-apprenticeship, apprenticeship and traineeship models, building and construction management, site management, estimating, drafting, sales, interior design and work health and safety. Training is delivered both on the job, face to face, virtual classroom environments, and in customised simulated workplace environments depending on the qualification requirements. 

CWBTS has an initial registration date: 23rd June 2005 and became part of the Simonds Group in 2015 which included Simonds Homes, one of Australia’s largest domestic home builders. 

This allowed CWBTS great insight into employee and Industry focused educational delivery with an emphasis on the importance of meeting Industry needs. Building homes since 1949, Simonds Homes celebrates a heritage that is celebrated and trusted by Australian families and Industry. 

In December 2021, the ownership of CWBTS changed yet a strong strategic relationship with Simonds Homes remains. Simonds Homes is one of many strategic partners that CWBTS work closely with.

Delivery Options

Offsite training

Financial Assistance

VET Student Loans

This RTO does not currently offer VET Student Loans for any approved courses. A VET Student Loan is a capped loan from the Australian Government to help you pay your tuition fees. Your initial loan debt amount (loan and loan fee, if applicable), plus indexation, must be paid back once you start earning over a certain amount.
