Everthought College of Construction encompasses two specialist training colleges in Queensland and Western Australia.

These colleges and operations deliver industry recognised courses from Certificate III in various trades through to Diploma in Building and Construction.

Operating since 2007, ECOC has built a community made up of our most skilled tradespeople and students from Australia and all over the world. Together we share ideas and help each other to achieve our goals.

How do I choose?

Delivery Options

This training provider offers courses in the following delivery modes:

Face to face training

In-person training delivered at the RTO's site. Also known as 'on-campus', 'in-class', 'traditional face-to-face', 'on-RTO-site' delivery.

Offsite training

The RTO can deliver in-person training using facilities at-or-near a client's workplace, or else in a mobile manner (eg. delivery at a regional/remote location for a specific period or for a specific training course). Also known as 'workplace', 'mobile', 'on-client-site' delivery.

Flexible learning

We are pleased to be able to offer flexible delivery to our apprentices whereby we utilise a mix of on- and off-the-job training and assessment. Students can access our e-learning test banks from anywhere in Australia. We work with the employers to enable additional off-the-job training for their apprentices during any down time.

  • Online (training available online or via email submission)
  • Attendance required (training includes some fixed-time online lectures or fixed time class components)
  • Self-paced (training has no set class times of set submission dates)

Mixed mode training

Any combination of the three delivery modes. Also known as 'mixed delivery'.

Facilities

Our campus in Cannington, Western Australia is approximately ten kilometres from Perth city centre. Our training centre is fully equipped with the best tools and equipment and state-of-the-art classroom facilities; ensuring students have access to up-to-date e-learning capabilities.

92 Mallard Way, Cannington

The ECOC campus at Mallard Way, Cannington, is a fully equipped training facility conveniently located just 15 minutes drive from Perth CBD and offers free all day parking. This centre is just a five minute walk from Queens Park train station.

Here, we deliver Certificate III qualifications in Bricklaying, Carpentry, and Wall & Floor Tiling, along with Certificate IV in Building & Construction (Site Management), and the Diploma of Building and Construction (Management).

The Cannington campus comprises 11 workshops (over 4,000sq m in total) with air-conditioned classrooms featuring fully integrated IT and audio-visual systems. We also have student lunch areas and an on-site cafe.

Financial Assistance

The federal, state and territory governments provide financial incentives and support for vocational education and training students to help them gain the skills required to secure and maintain rewarding and sustainable employment.

VET Student Loans

This RTO does not currently offer VET Student Loans for any approved courses. A VET Student Loan is a capped loan from the Australian Government to help you pay your tuition fees. Your initial loan debt amount (loan and loan fee, if applicable), plus indexation, must be paid back once you start earning over a certain amount. Compulsory repayment threshold information is available on the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) website.
