How do I choose?

Delivery Options

This training provider offers courses in the following delivery modes:

Face to face training

Australian International Institute of Technology provides classroom-based delivery face to face, blended learning, and practical application in simulated or industry work environments with trainer led training in classrooms, training kitchens, work placement venues, and computer labs consisting of lectures, group discussions, workshops, and simulated or industry work environments. Assessment methods consists of direct observation, product-based methods, portfolios, questioning, and third-party evidence. Finally, International Students are required to attend 20 contact hours of classroom, training kitchen, and/or work placement per week.

Flexible learning

Australian International Institute of Technology provides online blended learning and training via Microsoft Teams web conferencing and the organisations Learning Management System (Moodle). Finally, to comply with the requirements of the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018 (National Code 2018), no more than one-third of the units of competency will be delivered online to international students.

Australian International Institute of Technology's City Campus and Head Office is centrally located in the Melbourne CBD with close proximity to a range of additional facilities and services for students .

All Australian International Institute of Technology's campus’s including our modern Commercial Training Kitchen have excellent learning facilities, amenities, and resources to support the learning environment, student journey, and study experience for our students.

  • Host Organisation Work Placement sourcing and student placement in approved Australian International Institute of Technology partner venues.

Financial Assistance

The federal, state and territory governments provide financial incentives and support for vocational education and training students to help them gain the skills required to secure and maintain rewarding and sustainable employment.

Subsidised Training

State and territory governments dedicate funds to reduce or, in some cases, fully cover tuition fees for VET students who wish to study certain courses.
Unfortunately, this Training Provider does not currently deliver any subsidised training.

VET Student Loans

This RTO does not currently offer VET Student Loans for any approved courses. A VET Student Loan is a capped loan from the Australian Government to help you pay your tuition fees. Your initial loan debt amount (loan and loan fee, if applicable), plus indexation, must be paid back once you start earning over a certain amount. Compulsory repayment threshold information is available on the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) website.
