Training Provider Summary

Liberty College is a training provider dedicated to providing students with skills and qualifications by offering practical, and flexible education. We offer courses preparing students for IELTS, and VET courses in construction and child care.

Our training is designed for working students looking to progress in their field. Classes are scheduled to maximise availability for employers, while still maintaining a quality classroom education. Our campus is centrally located in Spring Hill, yet we have access to practical areas on campus for students to develop real-world skills. We are committed to our students and industry partners, which is why we guarantee student work placements. Students with previous industry experience can apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) to fast track themselves farther along in their education journey.

Liberty College has focused on preparing graduates to enter the job market with in demand skills and knowledge.

How do I choose?

Delivery Options

This training provider offers courses in the following delivery modes:

Face to face training

In-person training delivered at the RTO's site. Also known as 'on-campus', 'in-class', 'traditional face-to-face', 'on-RTO-site' delivery.

Offsite training

The RTO can deliver in-person training using facilities at-or-near a client's workplace, or else in a mobile manner (eg. delivery at a regional/remote location for a specific period or for a specific training course). Also known as 'workplace', 'mobile', 'on-client-site' delivery.

Flexible learning

Includes online courses and courses by correspondence. Also known as 'external studies'.

  • Attendance required (training includes some fixed-time online lectures or fixed time class components)

Mixed mode training

A combination of various delivery modes. Also known as 'mixed delivery'.

Liberty College prides itself on being at the forefront of technological advances that assist students with their learning. With cutting edge technology throughout the campus, our students are able to ensure their time at Liberty College was a dedicated learning experience. Liberty College offers students a state of the art learning experience with our private computer lab. The students are welcome to make use of the new computers in the lab. The computers also have access to many exclusive editing and software suites. As we believe in a new style of teaching we have ensured all of our classrooms offer students modern furnishings. Our technology expands to interactive whiteboards that are able to assist in teaching our students. Our class sizes are deliberately limited so that students can have a more personal relationship with our teaching staff. This also ensures that no student struggles in any particular area, allowing them to address their weaknesses and thrive. 

Creature Comforts

We understand that students need to have places throughout the campus that allows them to study to the best of their abilities. At Liberty College we offer our students their own private kitchen and dining area, which is equipped with all the modern day comforts. Students can also relax outside in the courtyard, which stunningly highlights the beauty of our urban campus. There are also several areas where students can study and relax while they work to their best potential. Our homely atmosphere has been designed to maximise comfort with a sleek design. Liberty College has been created to give students not just an education but also a place where they feel like they are at home.

Explore Brisbane

Brisbane's nightlife and activity calendar is second to none. You can find the perfect Espresso Martini or have a XXXX beer with your new friends. The South Bank precinct has everything a student needs including boutique shops, world-class restaurants and its own lagoon. You can stretch out in one of its many parks and have that truly Australian BBQ you have heard about. If you want a cultural experience, you can visit one of the many art museums such as GOMA or Queensland Museum. If you want to get lost around this amazing city hop on a CityCat and glide down the Brisbane River. For those that are thrill-seekers, you can climb the Story Bridge or skydive down upon the beaches of Redcliffe. Financial Assistance

The federal, state and territory governments provide financial incentives and support for vocational education and training students to help them gain the skills required to secure and maintain rewarding and sustainable employment.

There are programs for all kinds of students; apprentices and trainees, new job starters, those re-entering the workforce, retraining for a new job or upgrading their skills for an existing job.

Subsidised Training

State and territory governments dedicate funds to reduce or, in some cases, fully cover tuition fees for VET students who wish to study certain courses.
Unfortunately, this Training Provider does not currently deliver any subsidised training.

VET Student Loans

This RTO does not currently offer VET Student Loans for any approved courses. A VET Student Loan is a capped loan from the Australian Government to help you pay your tuition fees. Your initial loan debt amount (loan and loan fee, if applicable), plus indexation, must be paid back once you start earning over a certain amount. Compulsory repayment threshold information is available on the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) website.
