Delivery Options

This training provider offers courses in the following delivery modes:

Face to face training

Design & Provide Cosmetic Tattooing, SHBBSKS003, is the only government recognised and accredited cosmetic tattoo training course available in Australia. THink delivers this through a combination of online theory training that can be conducted at the student's own pace, followed by intensive classrrom and practical training, typically conducted one on one (one trainer per student). Both infection control courses, Maintain Infection Control Standards SHBBINF001 and Maintain Infection Control for Skin Penetration Procedures HLTINF005 are delivered online for self-paced learning, with practical assessments able to be completed via video recording submission.

Offsite training

Both infection control courses are available through self-paced online training.

Flexible learning

In additional to all online training, the classroom and practical training for SHBBSKS003 (cosmetic tattooing) can be provided across multiple sessons to suit the leaner's needs (e.g. one day per week).

  • Online (training available online or via email submission)
  • Distance (training available via correspondence)
  • Attendance required (training includes some fixed-time online lectures or fixed time class components)
  • Fixed submission dates (assessment pieces have set submission dates)
  • Self-paced (training has no set class times of set submission dates)

Contact THink for course structure details for the course you are interested in to discuss delivery options.

Mixed mode training

Design and Provide Cosmetic Tattoo is a combination of online, classroom and practical training. Infection control training is delivered online unless the student seeks other alternatives (e.g. a coursepack and written assessment). Classroom tuition is available for multiple students by special arrangement.
