4 Up Skilling is a training provider dedicated to improving the future of the Agricultural sector through the delivery of flexible, specialised education & training that meet the needs of Industry.

Our training is designed to develop effective employability skills and improve business efficiency for people either working or intending to work in the rural sector.  We are committed to the personal and professional growth of our students and the Industry in which we work.

4 Up Skilling has a strong emphasis on engaging with its clients to develop skills to improve production outcomes in the workplace. We have access to a wide range of industry specialists, recognised as leaders in their field and we ensure the training offered is relevant, timely and delivered at locations designed to suit the needs of our clients.

How do I choose?

Delivery Options

This training provider offers courses in the following delivery modes:

Face to face training

In-person training delivered at the RTO's site. Also known as 'on-campus', 'in-class', 'traditional face-to-face', 'on-RTO-site' delivery.

Offsite training

The RTO can deliver in-person training using facilities at-or-near a client's workplace, or else in a mobile manner (eg. delivery at a regional/remote location for a specific period or for a specific training course). Also known as 'workplace', 'mobile', 'on-client-site' delivery.

Flexible learning

Includes online courses and courses by correspondence. Also known as 'external studies'.

  • Online (training available online or via email submission)
  • Distance (training available via correspondence)

Mixed mode training

A combination of various delivery modes. Also known as 'mixed delivery'.

Facilities

4 Up Skilling Pty Ltd deliver training at various venues across Australia. Locally, the main venues utilised include:

  • The University of Melbourne, Dookie Campus, Victoria
  • Our Head Office training rooms, Euroa, Victoria
  • Training rooms in Elmore, Victoria
  • Directly into business/companies utilising their own training/meeting rooms and workplace equipment etc.
  • Locations, as arranged that provide greater accessibility for a specific industry group/or client geography.

Services

4 Up Skilling Pty Ltd offer training for the the Agriculture Industry, including the commercial composting, pork, horticulture, and general agriculture sectors, that may be delivered in the workplace, and/or via industry workshops. 

4 Up Skilling Pty Ltd also specialise in delivering training options for the Poultry industry, Australia wide. Training can be tailored to meet the needs of the individual client, the enterprise or industry group.

Many qualifications offered by 4 Up Skilling Pty Ltd may also be completed as an Australian Traineeship, or an Australian School Based Apprenticeship, to eligible participants.

Financial Assistance

The federal, state and territory governments provide financial incentives and support for vocational education and training students to help them gain the skills required to secure and maintain rewarding and sustainable employment.

There are programs for all kinds of students; apprentices and trainees, new job starters, those re-entering the workforce, retraining for a new job or upgrading their skills for an existing job.

Subsidised Training

State and Territory governments dedicate funds to reduce or, in some cases, fully cover tuition fees for VET students. This Training Provider is approved to deliver subsidised training in the following highlighted states and territories. VET Student Loans

This RTO does not currently offer VET Student Loans for any approved courses. A VET Student Loan is a capped loan from the Australian Government to help you pay your tuition fees. Your initial loan debt amount (loan and loan fee, if applicable), plus indexation, must be paid back once you start earning over a certain amount. Compulsory repayment threshold information is available on the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) website.
