Training Provider Summary

Central Outback Training is a Private Registered Training Organisation (RTO) specialising in Agricultural Traineeships. Since becoming an RTO in 2008, we have a proven record for providing safe and practical hands-on training delivered totally within the workplace to those working in the beef cattle industry.

Whether you’re a sole operator looking to gain a recognised qualification or an organisation seeking to provide your employees with a traineeship or specialised training, we can tailor a package to suit your individual workplace and needs. Courses may be run as fully funded traineeships (subject to learners eligibility), or via Fee for Service.

Our goal is to ensure learners are provided with current and relevant industry skills and knowledge. Training plans are fully customisable to suit learners needs and their working program whereby, the skills and knowledge learned every day will be used to formalise into a qualification.

The teaching methods are predominately workplace observable tasks and are suitable for all forms of learning needs.

This Training Organisation provides:

  • Recognition for prior learning.

Delivery Options

Financial Assistance

The federal, state and territory governments provide financial incentives and support for vocational education and training students to help them gain the skills required to secure and maintain rewarding and sustainable employment.

VET Student Loans

This RTO does not currently offer VET Student Loans for any approved courses. A VET Student Loan is a capped loan from the Australian Government to help you pay your tuition fees. Your initial loan debt amount (loan and loan fee, if applicable), plus indexation, must be paid back once you start earning over a certain amount. Compulsory repayment threshold information is available on the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) website.
