Under The Hammer Training offers courses in real estate to learners at all levels.  As a real estate specialist training provider, Under The Hammer Training offers it’s learners the highest quality training and education possible. With  trainers that are highly qualified and passionate about what they do, all with many years experience in the Real Estate Industry, some still currently working as auctioneers.

As a learner, you will have the opportunity to learn from the best and gain a real-life insight into working in Real Estate Industry. 

We also offer learners specialised training including, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes for agents who hold a Real Estate Certificate or Licence, the Auction Accreditation, for aspiring Auctioneers and Real Estate and Business Coaching. 

The programmes we offer are in line with the educational requirements set down by governing bodies regulating real estate licences.

How do I choose?

Delivery Options

This training provider offers courses in the following delivery modes:

Face to face training

In person training delivered at the RTO's site. Also known as 'on-campus' and 'in-class', 'traditional face-to-face', 'on-RTO-site' delivery.

Offsite training

The RTO can deliver in-person training using facilities at-or-near a client's workplace, or else in a mobile manner (eg. delivery at a regional/remote location for a specific period or for a specific training course). Also known as 'workplace', 'mobile', 'on-client-site' delivery. Contact our support staff to discuss these options.

Flexible learning

A combination of various delivery modes. Also, known as 'mixed delivery' or 'blended delivery' Blended learning combines online learning or distance learning with traditional classroom methods. It requires the physical presence of both trainer and learner, with some element of learner control over time, place, path, or pace.

  • Online (training available online or via email submission)
  • Distance (training available via correspondence)
  • Attendance required (training includes some fixed-time online lectures or fixed time class components)
  • Fixed submission dates (assessment pieces have set submission dates)
  • Self-paced (training has no set class times of set submission dates)

    Some attendance may be required depending on the qualification being studied. This will be determined at pre-enrolment.

Mixed mode training

Mixed delivery can occur in a combination of distance and face-to-face learning. This delivery mode is negotiated at the pre enrolement of the training.

Facilities

We have a purpose built training facility in Rosebery  It's easily accessible by public transport and right next door to a cafe for your caffeine fix. As the need arises, we can provide facilities nearer your workplace or hold  class within your workplace.  We are flexible! 

We now offering weekly evening class to assist those with time constraints.

Financial Assistance

The federal, state and territory governments provide financial incentives and support for vocational education and training students to help them gain the skills required to secure and maintain rewarding and sustainable employment.

There are programs for all kinds of students; apprentices and trainees, new job starters, those re-entering the workforce, retraining for a new job or upgrading their skills for an existing job.

Subsidised Training

State and territory governments dedicate funds to reduce or, in some cases, fully cover tuition fees for VET students who wish to study certain courses.
Unfortunately, this Training Provider does not currently deliver any subsidised training.

VET Student Loans

This RTO does not currently offer VET Student Loans for any approved courses. A VET Student Loan is a capped loan from the Australian Government to help you pay your tuition fees. Your initial loan debt amount (loan and loan fee, if applicable), plus indexation, must be paid back once you start earning over a certain amount. The compulsory repayment threshold for the 2019-20 income year is $45,881.
