Offsite training

Spectra delivers face to face training using on its clients' premises to ensure absolute relevance and application of learning.

Mixed mode training

Spectra Training works with clients to select the best delivery mode for the participants which can be any combination of the three delivery modes. Spectra's unique Dynamic Training System offers onsite theory workshops at its client's premises and then practical hands-on training and coaching in the workplace using industry experienced Trainers & Assessors.

Financial Assistance

The federal, state and territory governments provide financial incentives and support for vocational education and training students to help them gain the skills required to secure and maintain rewarding and sustainable employment.
