Our goal is to provide Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) that delivers excellence in the workplace. As a registered training organisation we deliver accredited training across five main areas – Work Health and Safety (WHS), Leadership and Management, Training and Education (TAE), Project Management and Business Services.

As a boutique provider, we specialise in individual and customised training for individuals, groups and businesses. Our clients include the Department of Defence, local councils, transport and logistics companies, utilities, small businesses, all the way through to multi-national corporations.

How do I choose?

Delivery Options

This training provider offers courses in the following delivery modes:

Face to face training

If you prefer face-to-face teaching this is an ideal way to study and gain your qualification. For most courses, you will have one day per week in the classroom with some work to do outside of class or in your workplace. Classes are normally from 9 am to 4 pm and we offer flexible start and finishing times for those with caring responsibilities. Most courses run for a minimum of six months but you will have up to 12 months to complete it. During that time you will have email and telephone access to your trainer. In a classroom-based setting, you will have an actual teacher and other students on the learning journey with you.

Offsite training

At NTM we can provide our corporate clients with on-site training at your workplace. Our trainers and assessors are experts in their field and we travel Australia-wide to provide our corporate clients with enjoyable, engaging and worthwhile training.

Flexible learning

Flexible learning is ideal for people who are motivated to study in their own time and who cannot attend regular classes because of work or other commitments. The course will be tailored to YOUR needs and can include online delivery, paper-based delivery, zoom calls with your trainer – you choose what works for you. You have up to 12 months to complete your course. Flexible delivery is suitable for those who are working full-time or those living in rural Australia.

Mixed mode training

Mixed delivery usually consists of some face-to-face attendance with the rest of the course being undertaken either online or with paper-based resources. It is ideal for people who would like some face-to-face interaction with their trainer and other students but who are unable to attend all classes.

Facilities

Our boutique training centre and head office are located in the heart of Kiama with plenty of cafes and eateries at hand. We have two training rooms, male and female toilets, mini kitchenette and air conditioning throughout.

We are a 5-minute walk from Kiama's train station which is located on Railway Avenue, Kiama.

Financial Assistance

The federal, state and territory governments provide financial incentives and support for vocational education and training students to help them gain the skills required to secure and maintain rewarding and sustainable employment.

There are programs for all kinds of students; apprentices and trainees, new job starters, those re-entering the workforce, retraining for a new job or upgrading their skills for an existing job.

Subsidised Training

State and Territory governments dedicate funds to reduce or, in some cases, fully cover tuition fees for VET students. VET Student Loans

This RTO does not currently offer VET Student Loans for any approved courses. A VET Student Loan is a capped loan from the Australian Government to help you pay your tuition fees. Your initial loan debt amount (loan and loan fee, if applicable), plus indexation, must be paid back once you start earning over a certain amount. Compulsory repayment threshold information is available on the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) website
