What is My Skills?
My Skills website is the national directory of vocational education and training (VET) organisations and courses. It is an Australian Government initiative to enable consumers to search for, and compare, VET courses and training providers.
Vocational education and training (VET) is designed to help you get the skills you need to enter and succeed in the workplace. VET is not just about traditional trades; it encompasses hundreds of different occupations and industries.
The 2019 awards will be held on 21 November in Brisbane and will acknowledge and reward the outstanding achievements of VET graduates, VET practitioners, businesses, secondary schools, and registered training organisations for their contribution skilling Australia.
The Community Colleges Australia Annual Conference travels to Brisbane this November. This year’s conference theme is Expanding Possibilities, with a focus on how Australia’s not-for-profit community education providers are expanding how they serve their communities, in education, training and community services.
